Product Support Manager – Pricing CATEGORIE PROTETTE (legge 68/99)
Job Description:
As Arrow Global Components (AGC), a part of Arrow Electronics, we are a leader in distribution and value-added services related to electronic components. We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting net of relationships with industry leaders, both on the supplier and customer side.
Business Unit: Product Management – electromechanical, connectors and power supply.
Work location: Milan
WHAT YOU WILL DO?
- Handle incoming requests from the Sales Team and supporting by generating and distributing quotations.
- Build and maintain strong and effective business relationships with Sales Teams and Suppliers.
- Assist Sales Team for customer technical queries, directly or with the support of the Technical Team.
- Learn constantly by attending various trainings.

- You are fluent in English. Really, this is a “must have.”
- You communicate clearly. You are comfortable communicating in writing and on the phone.

WHAT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE?
- Some experience in product marketing, pricing, purchasing, sales or customer service.
- Experience on the Electronic Components and/or Power Supply’s Industries.
- Interest in new technologies.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
